Warm Up- 5 minute Jump Rope (5 GHD sit up penalty for each stop)
20 Roll outs
50-4 count flutter kicks
WOD
800m Run (with weighted vest or 25lb plate)
5 Tire flips (deep push from legs)
400m Run (with weighted vest or 25lb plate)
10 Ball Slams or Sledgehammer to Tire
400m run (with weighted vest or 25lb plate)
20 Wall Ball (14/20)
*Don't focus on time as much as a steady high intensity pace*
